At Wowz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless defective)

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
